For each booking is a down payment necessary.

The down payment is part of the price for the activity or service the participant books - There is no booking fee or other hidden charges.

The down payment is non-refundable. It is refunded only, if the activity can not be operated due limitations which can not be fixed by the operator, such as weather, equipment malfunctions or other circumstances.

The down payment has to be made before the activity.

The remaining amount due is collected then before or after the activity has taken place.
